Lorraine's School Of Dancing - Terms & Conditions 

Class fees are billed on a monthly basis via direct debit through your membermeister account. 

An invoice via email will be generated on the last week of each month giving you a 7 day window to pay class fees for the following month. 

There will be no refunds given to any students if they do not attend the classes paid for on their invoice for that month, this includes illness / holidays & other. 

There will be no refunds given if the school cannot open due to an act of god (flooding , snow , bad weather etc) 

Holidays during term time - It is often the case that our school remains open throughout the half terms, As the school is running as usual you will be expected to pay the full invoice, If you have a holiday booked you will need to give 8 weeks notice to have this amended on the invoice, If you do not give 8 weeks notice you will have to pay the full invoice regardless of your holiday. 

Correct uniform and shoes must be worn at all times to comply with safety regulations.

Correct details must be up to date on your membermeister account incase of an emergency - you can ask for a copy of your contact details to check them over at any time by emailing info@sophisticatedentertainment.com 

All admin & payments will be done through our sister company Sophisticated Entertainment Ltd.
