Welcome to Lorraine's School Of Dancing,

Please see all important information below regarding our Schools Terms & Conditions.

Lorraine's School Of Dancing are in partnership with "Membermeister" all invoices , emails , important information will be delivered via this server which we refer to as our system.

Our sister company Sophisticated Entertainment will often liaise via email with you, so please look out for emails from us.

Payments are invoiced to you via our system on a month by month basis.

Example - You will be invoiced for all of September and towards the end of September you will be invoiced for October.

Missed classes will not be permitted to be carried over to the next pay period. We will however adjust your invoice accordingly should you send an email with a minimum of 6 weeks notice (holidays etc)

In severe cases that a child is in hospital, or recovering from injury we will make an exception to the invoice, all of this is case by case dependant.

Your full payment each month allows us to hold your child's place in the class.

If you wish to leave the school, we must receive this in writing via email so we can give your space to the next on the waiting list, you will continue to be invoiced automatically through the system otherwise.

Lorraine's School Of Dancing & Sophisticated Entertainment Ltd adhere to the safe guarding of children policy for the protection and well being of all students.

Upon sign up to school, if you do not wish for your child to be featured on any social media / website / advertisements please let us know via email immediately.

Parents are permitted to attend pre-school classes both Saturday & Tuesday only

All other parents must remain outside the studio when dropping off / picking up and are more than welcome to take a seat in our waiting area outside during class time.

It is the parent / guardian responsibility to keep their account up to date with correct contact / medical information and to alert the school if the student is being collected by another member of family/friend.

Should you require a copy of your account to check this you can request it via email any time.

Lorraine's School Of Dancing shall not be held accountable for any lost/stolen items. Older students are permitted to bring their phones / iPads to class for recording dance purposes only and these are not to be used during class, they must also be switched to silent mode to avoid disruption to the class.

Correct uniform / shoes / neat hair to be warn at all times.
